My name is Roliste Jerman, and I am a professional and caring counsellor based in Northampton. If you are looking for counselling, I am here to help you. I know from personal experience that the prospect of having counselling could be daunting. I can provide a supportive and neutral environment where it is possible to explore emotions and communicate in ways you may find difficult at present. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you are accepted and together, we can explore and understand any problems or concerns that you may have.

 

I have the benefit of being an Integrative Practitioner, which means I am professionally trained in Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Gestalt. I can practice using more than one approach to ensure that the therapy I offer is flexible to suit each client, respecting that every individual is unique.

Choosing the right therapist is an important process, and I understand that it can take courage to begin seeking help and support. Because of this, I start with an initial fifty-minute consultation with no commitment to attend any further sessions, to give you the chance to meet me and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work. I am currently offering telephone and online sessions via Zoom only.
